I recently had the opportunity to utilize Karen’s services and I am excited to share, I am completely satisfied. Karen rebuilt our website from scratch, provided site layout, graphics, video’s … the complete package. She was very professional, knowledgeable, required little direction, and made recommendations … that I was smart enough to follow, as at my age, I am not the most computer literate person. She provided the service on time and within Budget … which is a first for me when utilizing IT services. Karen is truly amazing and it’s obvious to me that this is not her First Rodeo. My one regret is that, I did not have the opportunity to meet Karen in person; our communications were via internet, email, and phone. Karen is an excellent graphic/web designer. When I was opening my Day Spa in 2010 I met with Karen and described my location and concept for the Spa. Without seeing the location, Karen captured my dream and created an unbelievable package from logo, to brochure, to business cards, to website and continues to design our one-of-a-kind print and web ads.
