Podcasts are great resources for learning digital marketing.

My podcast library is filled with various genres, from business to news, to politics, to Christianity, to true crime, and to history.

Podcasts are my modern-day radio. I remember listening to the radio as a kid in Jamaica. There were radio dramas, programs for kids on Saturdays, and music between talk shows. Listening to podcasts brings me back to those days while feeding my curiosity, soul, and love of learning.

The Apple Podcast App is my podcast app of choice. I know there are several other podcast apps out there, and I have tried a few, but I always come back to the Apple App because I am an Apple user and the compatibility with my other Apple devices makes it easier to use. I haven’t tried out the new paid subscription feature yet, but maybe I will one day. For now, I’m good with the free options. The cool thing with podcasts is that you can listen whenever you like and go back in time to older episodes you may have missed or want to listen to again.

There are some excellent podcasts out there that will help you on your marketing journey. I have pictured a few of them in the screenshot below. Here are a few marketing-related podcasts in my library:

  • SOCIAL MEDIA MARKETING - Social Media Marketing from Social Media Examiner

  • MARKETING MESSAGING - Marketing Made Simple from Storybrand

  • COURSE BUILDING & DIGITAL MARKETING - Online Marketing Made Simple from Amy Porterfield

  • SEARCH ENGINE OPTIMIZATION - Adventures in Local Marketing from Brightlocal

Please comment below and share your favorite marketing podcasts. If you have never ventured into the world of podcasts, try out the ones I mentioned above or search podcast apps like Apple Podcasts or Spotify for marketing.
